Due to the COVID epidemic that has crippled the amusement industry around the world, its become virtually impossible for us to travel and demonstrate our new products and personally establish distributors.
If you are looking for an opportunity to sell "world first" machines and grow the market with us, please contact us. We are only looking for long term people who can support arcade gamers in their local marketplace. We will help you grow your business and support you completely.
Distributors - Do you have your own showroom and are looking to expand your product line with new and innovative products? Then becoming an Arcooda distributor might be the right step for you! We’ll help to set you up with all the training and information you’ll need, however we expect you to understand and demonstrate the product to potential buyers and possibly attend trade events to display the latest prototypes and new products.
Agents - Ok, you don't have your own showroom or maybe unable to purchase bulk products, why not become an agent? We will pay you a sales commission for all products sold whether you manually transfer the orders, or electronically via your social media or website. We will offer you a unique sales ID, each time your referred customer makes an order, you will earn money.
Distributors
What we need from our Distributors
12 Month Non Disclosure/Compete Agreement: Arcooda has invested many millions of dollars in R&D and product development. We will be sharing this technology with our distributors and work closely with you to develop their local market.
Stock/Inventory: our distributors agree to hold stock for sales in their local marketplace.
Showroom: distributors will have Arcooda products in their showroom for their local sales and promotions.
Customer Support: please help customers with their product inquiries, and explain to them about the features of the products, as well as any future upgrade questions they might have.
Product Promotion: as Arcooda releases new products and information, please help to share this information to your customers.
Product Knowledge: Arcooda products are unlike others, and whilst they have a high learning curve, they offer the widest gaming options current available in the marketplace. By full understanding the products, you can easily guide your customer who might just want a standard arcade machine, or, they might want to make high end modifications themselves.
Warranty Claims: you will work with the customer to solve their warranty problems quickly.
What we will provide our Distributors
Internal Development & Prototypes: As part of the Arcooda family, Arcooda will provide you internal development work including sending you prototype IO boards, machines and software for local testing. As we continue to strive to offer the highest standards possible, we are looking for real feedback from people who are genuinely interested in the best gaming outcomes as possible.
Wholesale Bulk Pricing: all distributors will receive our wholesale/bulk price. We aim for a standardized worldwide retail price.
Customer Referrals: Arcooda will actively promote the products in the arcade marketplace and will refer customers directly to you for your local sales. We will actively try to build your customer base and grow the Arcooda gaming community in your area.
Product Promotion: we will send you promotional material, including giveaways and other marketing material.
Product Knowledge: Arcooda has a dedicated team to teach you everything you need to know about our products. Whether they are coin operated machines, or home game products and spare parts, Arcooda will teach you everything you need to know about the games.
Warranty Claims: we support our products completely. For all bulk distributors, Arcooda will send you (at no cost to you) a full range of spare parts - should the customer's machine fail or have problems, you have spare parts for immediate exchange. Our customers are the most important asset, we work with you for complete satisfaction.

Agents
What we need from our Agents
Product Knowledge: Arcooda products are unlike others, and whilst they have a high learning curve, they offer the widest gaming options current available in the marketplace. By full understanding the products, you can easily guide your customer who might just want a standard arcade machine, or, they might want to make high end modifications themselves.
Product Promotion: ideally you will have a social media and/or website presence where you will be actively advertising Arcooda products for sale.
Customer Support: please help customers with their product inquiries, and explain to them about the features of the products, as well as any future upgrade questions they might have. Customers will order through the Arcooda website and they must use your unique sales ID (either embedded in the product links, or manually disclosed to your customers).
Warranty Claims: you will work with the customer to solve their warranty problems quickly, whether it is a troubleshooting exercise or warranty claim.
What we will provide our Agents
Product Knowledge: Arcooda has a dedicated team to teach you everything you need to know about our products. Whether they are coin operated machines, or home game products and spare parts, Arcooda will teach you everything you need to know about the games.
Commission on Sales: all sales directed from your referrals (social media, your website or manual referral) will earn sales commission.
Shipping of Products: all inventory will ship from our warehouse directly to your customer. Our agents do not need to hold inventory.
Product Promotion: we will send you promotional material, including giveaways and other marketing material.
Warranty Claims: we support our products completely. Arcooda handles all warranty claims and will can either work directly with your customer for repairs and solutions or send you solutions/parts.
