The Arcooda 26inch 4x3 ratio LCD monitor is a direct replacement for your worn out or damaged Sega Naomi CRT monitor. With native 15khz, 25khz, and 31khz it supports most arcade game boards without any video converters.
Whilst the Sega Naomi cabinets originally were built with a 29inch CRT tube monitor, our viewable 29inch 4:3 Ratio LCD monitor is too large for your arcade machine - our 26inch 4:3 ratio monitor is more suitable.
Our 26inch arcade LCD monitor is specially designed for arcade use and offers the following design features;
using the RGB board, simply plug in your Sega Naomi monitor's plug into this board, then connect the VGA cable into the monitor. With the RGB Board, quickly calibrate your colours and brightness with the 3 colour potentiometers. Its this simple. then, using the monitor button board with the extension 1.6m cable, install this board at the front of your cabinet for easy of use of monitor adjustments.
or, use the remote control function to quickly modify settings.
running arcade arcade game boards (or MiSTer or similar), the Arcooda 26inch is the perfect partner for the Sega Naomi cabinet as it supports over 160 video resolutions. We have been fine tuning the firmware so that the arcade games look as perfect as possible in 4x3 aspect ratio, and using the auto button calibration, the picture is full screen on the Naomi cabinet.
running PC? set the monitor to 1440x1080 with freesync, HDR and other functions included.
The most suitable monitor for the Sega Naomi cabinet is the "fat bezel" of the 26inch LCD monitor - it covers the mismatch between the size difference between the original CRT tube monitor and our LCD monitor. Please review the images for better understanding.
